MAIL IN REGISTRATION

1) Download, Print, and fill out the Team Registration and Team Roster Forms.    

2) Send your $500 Team Registration Fee (per team),  Check or Money Order along with your COMPLETED 
     Registration Forms to:

3) REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION: You will be sent a confirmation by e-mail or through the mail, upon receipt of your completed Registration Form and Registration Fee Payment.
